Job Description

    Designation : Sales Coordinator (Only Female)Responsibility :
    • -Making quotation and Proforma invoices in company software and sending to clients.
    • -Price negotiation & closing the inquiries.
    • -Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
    • Inform Clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
    • Freight calculation & comparing it with different logistics, dispatching the orders.
    • Tracking the dispatched orders and ensuring that orders are accurate and delivered on time.
    • Coordinate with factory and ware house for managed stock.
    • Maintaining Mis Sheet, daily dispatch sheet, pending order sheet, warehouse stock sheet.
    • Maintaining daily enquiry record in Google sheet.
    • Tender filling in GEM portal & SAP also bill submission.
    • Responding to customers complaints.
