Job Description

    Role & responsibilities
      • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
      • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in existing accounts.
      • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
      • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
      • Develop and execute integrated online and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract potential customers.
      • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content creation for eDMs, conduct A/B testing to improve click through rates.
      • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
      • Manage and optimize the companys online presence, including the website and social media channels using it as effective communication medium to achieve sales and marketing goals.
      • Brainstorm and create content for website blog to improve SEO ranking.
      • Work closely with other departments, including Operation, invoicing and Finance to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
      • Communicate effectively with top management, providing regular updates on sales and marketing performance.
      • Traditional marketing, business development and other adhoc duties as assigned by Management.
