The brand operates more than 85 stores worldwide, including company-operated stores at 21 airports.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Trainer at Da Milano Italia The Retail Trainer will be responsible for conducting training and development programs for the retail staff, coordinating with various departments, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing coaching and feedback to the retail team, and maintaining training records.Well verse with Customer Service, Product, Communication , Sales and New Hire Trainings. Focus of KPI trainingsLocation - Delhi. Hyderabad, MumbaiExperience - 2 to 4 yearsQualifications Training & Development and Coaching skills Preferably from Luxury, Hotels, Retail and Aviation Experience. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in conducting training programs Ability to provide constructive feedback and improve performance Attention to detail and organizational skills Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field Experience in the retail industry is a plus,
