Job Description

    For Email/Web Process- Responding to the mails received- Solving guest queries and providing them with relevant information via emails- Processing room reservations in tandem with the guest query- Reconfirmation of the reservations either by emailsCandidate Profile- Males/Females both can apply- Applicant should be a graduate/final year student or result awaited- Freshers/Work Experience both can apply- Less than 25 yrs of age- Smart, well versed in English- Excellent spoken as well as written communication skillsTo be noted:- Round the clock Pick and drop facility (Excluding Gurgaon/Faridabad & Remote Areas of Ghaziabad & Noida)- Subsidized meals- Candidate must be flexible to work in all shifts (24x7 operations) 1 week of night shifts
