Job Description

    Designation: Research Associate Job Location: Bangalore Department: Chemical Development Process R&D About Syngene Syngene International Ltd. Key Responsibilities:
    • Basic understanding of chemistry and knowledge on different types of reactions.
    • Performing lab experiments and interpretation skills on the analytical data like NMR, Mass etc.
    • LNB writing skills and preservation of the records as per the requirement
    • Anticipate scale up challenges and identify possible areas of improvement towards process robustness
    • Knowledge on scale up - pilot plant and trouble shooting
    • Knowledge on document compliance to cGMP batches.
    • OOT, OOS and deviation closure - basic knowledge
    • Process excellency, de-bottlenecking to retrofit / capacity enhancement and cost reduction
    • Lab safety practices and knowledge on fire hydrants, masks etc.
    • Working in shifts depends on the requirement
    • Project update and client communication
    • Preparation of campaign report and investigation report
    Educational Qualification: Master s Degree in Organic Chemistry / Chemistry Experience: 0 - 3 years Behavioral Skills:
