Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forRelationship Manager - SEG - Delhi 2Senior Relationship Manager & Relationship Manager is responsible to Source/Sell SEG loans for ABFL to ensure achievement of ones portfolio & bottom line growth targets while minimizing NPAs and achieving targeted return on equity. He/she has to be on the field & effectively & regularly interact/meet with existing & potential customers to gather market intelligence, convert leads, negotiate terms of loan, collect overdues etcThe Senior Relationship Manager & Relationship Managers of SEG Business is responsible to implement the SEG sales strategy in the assigned accounts , that can withstand competitive pressures, especially given ABFLs late entry into the SEG lending space having many competitors and many established players. He/she not only has to source & establish the business but also grow it profitably.Key challenges for the SEG Business Senior Relationship Manager & Relationship Managers:-
    1. Scalability:Though its a late entrant SEG business needs to scale fast within a limited period to catch up with the competitors
    2. Market working capital in a retail way: Even though its a secured line of business since the ticket size is small the volume of customers is high and lot of sectors can be tapped
    3. Cost management-The business has to do all the following well to ensure cost is less than competition
    4. Distribution challenge-One has to make a trade off between cost & reach
    5. Delivery of TAT for loan decision-The decision must be made faster than the time taken for SME loan decisions
    6. Disbursal challenge-the disbursal has to be seamless using technology, reduction in documents etc
