Job Description

Position: Relationship ManagerResponsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives. Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to help clients achieve their short-term and long-term financial goals in Mutual funds. Educate clients on various financial products and services offered by Aditya Birla Capital, recommending suitable options based on their requirements. Conduct regular portfolio reviews and financial planning sessions with clients to assess progress and make adjustments as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications (CFP, CFA) are a plus. Proven experience in financial services or relationship management roles, with a strong track record of building and managing client relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering personalized solutions tailored to each clients needs. Results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional service to clients.
