This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team in West India, ensuring that sales targets are met, and building the brands image in the region.Qualifications Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in a regional sales management role. Excellent leadership. and team management skills, with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to create and implement successful sales strategies. Familiarity with the cosmetics industry and an understanding of the West India market.
