Job Description

You are a person who makes sure the job gets done and all stakeholders are happy along the way. You will ensure that the technical integration of our loyalty management platform is a smooth process. You will coordinate the work of Antavo s different functions, our partner companies and client s project teams, giving them support to unblock all parties during the development period. Responsibilities
  • Owning the relationship with the client in the Implementation Period - so their experience from contract signature to loyalty program launch is a smooth process
  • Being a bridge between our engineering team and the client s technical team to lead change management and help to quickly solve technical issues
  • Providing delivery leadership to achieve win-win for both the client and the delivery team, saying no to the client if needed
  • Resolving roadblocks, escalations to Customer Success Manager or Head of Engineering
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Use appropriate verification channels to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • You re a friendly, empathic relationship-builder who likes helping people
  • Organizing is your strong suit, you always work in a very structured way
  • Experience in the management of complex projects (multiple companies involved).
  • Experience with project planning and tracking tools
Nice-to-haves
  • Martech experience with innovative vendor(s) in the loyalty management or marketing automation field (Experience with Salesforce/Microsoft/Oracle/Emarsys/Adobe is a plus)
  • Experience in working in an international environment
  • Education: irrelevant - we only use degrees to measure the temperature
