With more than 40 years of experience forging multisector partnerships and with expertise in science, economics, technology, advocacy, and dozens of other specialties, PATH develops and scales up innovative solutions to the worlds most pressing heath challenges.The Digital Health team at PATH is currently seeking a Program Associate Operations to support the operations and activities of the YO.DH community, which stands for Youth Ownership of Digital Health.YO.DHYO.DH is an initiative aimed at developing the next generation of leaders in digital health to spearhead the advancements in this field. Members of the YO.DH community are young professionals in the digital health space, who are under 35 of age. Its overarching mission is to establish a dynamic network of professionals and offer them a space for peer-learning, representation, and collaboration. By. emphasizing the inclusion of youth in digital health dialogue, YO.DH defies the conventional reliance on established experts.YO.DH members benefit from a spectrum of offerings, including mentorship from accomplished Digital Health experts, targeted networking opportunities, a comprehensive repository of digital health resources, interactive learning sessions, and guided field visits.RoleThe Project Associate - Operations will work closely under the supervision of the Project Manager to oversee and manage the Mentoring and Networking pillars of YO.DH.Key Responsibilities:Mentorship Program Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute mentorship programs that align with the communitys goals. Identify and onboard mentors who can provide valuable guidance and support to mentees. Facilitate effective mentor-mentee communication, ensuring a constructive and beneficial experience for both parties.Event Management: Organize and manage networking events and activities that bring together the community members. Curate an environment where members can connect, share ideas, and collaborate.Community and Volunteer Engagement: Collaborate with YO.DH volunteers to disseminate updates and execute community activities, including podcasts, learning sessions, and social media campaigns. Maintain a strong online presence and engagement through social media and other communication channels. Collect feedback and insights from community members to continuously improve the mentoring and networking pillars.Stakeholder Management: Support the project manager in developing and maintaining effective communication channels with stakeholders, including donors, project partners, mentors, and subject matter experts. Ensure timely and transparent communications to align interests and foster strong relationships.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field. Proven experience of 4 years in project management and operations, particularly in mentoring and networking programs. Experience of working with in an incubator/accelerator (preferred, but not mandatory) Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary. Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and event management.Location: New Delhi,
