Job Description

    The candidate will be working across departments and will be responsible to suggest and pick strategically important projects. You will get respective departments on board, define the blueprint, and get the projects implemented with the help of ops/product teams.For ex: 1. Work closely with Business Head while launching a new division - Help with inputs on distribution, sales, marketing, production, packaging, etc. 2. Strategy for launching a new product and maintaining a healthy product pipeline 3. Analysing and drawing inputs from data, turning data into actionable solutions/insights, research, and analysis of business, market, competitors, drawing inferences, and proposing solutions. Requirements: 1. Top-notch academics from a Tier 1 MBA college. Management Consulting experience preferred 2. 3-6 years of work experience. 3. Strong team player with high intent of getting things done 4. Exceptional problem-solving skills.
