Job Role:Experience Requirement: Candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Loanand Mortgage operations, with proven experience in sales management.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Home Loan sales professionals to ensure highperformance and achievement of targets.Client Interaction: Support team members in meeting with loan applicants to understand theirrequirements, collect necessary information, and guide them through the loan application process.Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with senior management to forecast sales targets and develop strategiesto achieve them effectively.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients,financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of experience in Home Loan and Mortgage operations, with proven experience insales management. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in analyzing financial data and interpreting complex loan documents. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
