Job Description

    We are looking for an incumbent with excellent stakeholder management and communications skills to ensure end to end recruitment cycle. The role will be support the HR department to ensure fulfilment of open positions; support in candidate onboarding experience; coordination with hiring managers to facilitate smooth execution of responsibilities.Key Responsibilities
    • Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
    • Managing end-to-end recruitment of open roles including understanding business needs, drafting job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting candidate interviews and managing the recruitment process with various stakeholders, reference checking and offer management
    • Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
    • Achieving and exceeding hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
    • Ensuring excellent onboarding experience to new joiners.
    • Offer negotiation, offer letter release and documentation.
    Academic Background
    • PGDM/MBA in Human Resources (Essential)
    Experience Required
    • Core talent acquisition with end to end recruitment hiring cycle management
    • 3 to 5 Years of experience
