The Operations Associate will primarily support the Global Procurement organization by delivering the supplier management service; providing Supplier screening, due diligence and risk management support as a part of Procurement Service Centre ( PSC). Reporting to the PSC Operations Manager, you will ensure systems and processes are updated to accelerate value proposition for the company. Conduct supplier screening and due diligence as appropriate on all suppliers globally. Support Supplier Risk management ( assessment, monitoring and mitigation) processes and act as the procurement point of contact for the same. Engage with the business stakeholders and Sourcing Managers for supplier risk assessment. Assess the supplier risk by looking into various databases, search engines, risk tools ( Lexis-Nexis, Thomson Reuters etc.), report on the same and recommend next steps to ensure compliance and mitigate the risk. Complete the due diligence checks ( financial, sanctions, reputational, legal, etc.) undertaken by PSC with necessary follow ups to adhere to SLA. Complete additional checks, such as Anti Bribery and Corruption ( ABC) or Modern Slavery for defined geographies for all suppliers within the SLA. Ensure timeliness of completion for all supplier management support tickets/ incidents and escalations routed to PSC. Ensure a strong governance mechanism ( tracking and reporting) is in place for effective supplier risk assessment. Manage/ Collect/ Load all necessary documents for suppliers e.g. Regulatory/ Compliance/ Tax / Legal documentation in the system including following up to get the same. Convey a strong positive personal and professional image with excellent standards of professional behavior and ethics Team player, highly motivated, energetic, resourceful and friendly Timely, flexible and able to work under pressure Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects High level of initiative and resourcefulness Comfort with ambiguity and iterative process YOU BRING ( EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) University degree or equivalent 2+ years of experience preferably in a service center completing supplier screening, due diligence, risk assessment, running procurement operations or procurement consulting In-depth knowledge of end to end supplier risk management processes including the necessary screening and due diligence checks Excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills with experience of managing multi geographies across time-zones Proficiency in Microsoft suite ( Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Global Experience within the professional services industry in procurement or related function Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities, attention to details and tenacious with follow-ups.,
