Job Description

This position will be responsible for managing all the administrative activities related to the tournament. The Administrative Officer will work together with the all the other departments Operations to implement strategies, processes and action plans for efficient & effective management of all offices of the LOC. Main Responsibilities: Responsible for managing day-to-day office administrative activities Ensuring recording of attendance, leave register for all employees Maintaining records of all documents received, become first point of contact for delivery of any documents Maintaining guest log book Ensure adequate supply of office supplies and stationary Make timely payments of office administrative bills like electricity, internet, etc. Maintenance of all office services like cleaning, plumbing, electricity etc. Maintenance of petty cash issued for running office expenses. Issue laptops to staff or other items as necessary as per the approved policy and maintainn register for the same; Work closely with admin officers at the host cities to ensure smooth operations Support Finance Manager and other departments in documentation or any other task as may be necessary; Management of COVID 19 related SOP & preventive measures for office Key Performance Indicators: Will be communicated in due time by the Tournament Director in accordance with the goals established between FIFA and the LOC for the FIFA U17 Women s World Cup India 2020. Candidate Profile: Completed minimum of graduation in arts/commerce or similar fields, At least 3 years working experience in managing office administrative services Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize and proactive Good working knowledge in operating computers in particular MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint Proactive, attention to deal and willingness to learn Basic command over English;,
