Job Description

    Motor AgencyLocation : Noida and PitampuraTeam Handling Role : Band IVA : Senior Manager
    • Functional /Business Responsibilities:
    • Manage a team of unit sales managers and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives
    • Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped and intermediaries acquired by the USM
    • Licensing and tracking and acquisition of new channels on a regular basis
    • Facilitating interdepartmental coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations
    • Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and provide regular product and process training to them
    • Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolve issues and queries
    • Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner
    • Co-ordinating with all team members in planning and conducting advisor meets other marketing activities on a regular basis
