Job Description

  • The whole system is based on Oracle 10g with D2K at Windows2003 server. Working Retail S/w is GINESYS.
  • Reporting to Category Heads, Unit Heads, and Purchasers.
  • Making reports in Oracle Discoverer (OLAP Worlds Third Largest Reporting tool)& Microsoft Excel as per the requirement.
  • Stock Take and Inventory Control
  • Order Management and Warehouse Process Management
  • Responsible for giving remote support using VNC to all other location for various issues / queries.
  • Auditing Ability to Control The Pilferage
  • Supporting more than 250 user in the head Office/warehouse/showrooms
  • Fully responsible for all work related MIS/CRM Reporting and EDP for all Location.
  • Generate Shop-in-Shop payment report through consignment payment software based on D2K.
  • Launching New Software Related Payment Gate Way and CRM Related.
    • Working on SAP ERP Package with different module like SAP MM (Material Management), SD (Sales & Distribution) and PP (Production Planning).
    • Entering and maintaining production details through SAP PP Module.
    • Entering and maintaining Sales Details through SAP SD Module.
    • Entering and maintaining Materials Details (Goods Ordering, Goods receiving against particular invoice no) through SAP MM Module.
    • Day to Day producing reports using of ERP Reports and taking back up from Server.
    • Providing all the Information at time of Management Needing
    .Marketing and sales Operation
    • Communicate to customers through telephonic calls, Sending business letters, Quotation, Performa Invoices etc.
    • Receiving Orders from Sales Executives or direct from customers on telephone or through mails.
    • Material planning, indenting, follow up and arranging for the availability.
    • Distribution material to the party.
    • Preparing commission reports, sales reports, etc.
    • Helps in Setting targets for all sales Executives as per company norms and helping them achieve those targets through tele support.
    • Develop networks of relationship at both the senior and user-level to lead a deep understanding of the clients needs and therefore current and future research and consulting requirements.
    • Proactively gain feedback from clients about the product and we continue to develop our service inline with our client needs.
    • System support and solution provide to problem
    • Computer system network / performance/accessibility / reliability of communications.
    • Solve client problems if they are not receiving SMS or emails.
    • Data analysis, system information and team support for communication.
    • Provide information for operation and Management
    • Tailored information provide to Executive.
    • Implement various plan for business growth
    • Update all company masters on ERP/SAP
    • Coordinating and preparing MIS.
