Job Description

  • Maintain and nurture close contacts with KOLs and create a system for building and leveraging relationship with them.
  • Capture insights from key medical experts and convey to HO medical team .
  • Support and conduct Medical Affairs activities and programs working towards improving the quality in adherence to medical strategy .
  • Medical Information and responding to queries .
  • Provide timely information on emerging clinical/scientific trends to internal stakeholders.
  • Training to field force on product and disease areas as an when required.
  • Collaboration with the epidemiologist for epidemiological studies.

2.Process
  • Maintain and nurture close contacts with KOLs and create a system for building and leveraging relationship with them.
  • Support Medical Affairs activities and programs work towards improving the quality and adherence to strategy
  • Evaluate doctors feedback to upgrade the scientific content of our CMEs.
  • Serve as a primary resource for clinical and scientific information to internal associates and external Health Care providers.
  • Provide input in the development of and ensure the appropriate execution of clinically relevant regional medical meetings (e.g. -advisory boards, symposia, consultant and investigator meetings, knowledge modules)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in assessing education (knowledge module)/research needs and develop education (knowledge module)/research strategies to meet those needs.
  • Critically evaluate the educational quality of company sponsored education programs and effective new product introduction and share insights with HO medical team
  • Clear understanding of medical practice and clinical decision making with regards to patient care.
  • Ability to identify unmet medical, educational, and research needs within the regional healthcare community.
  • Assist in the identification of Investigators and sites for company trials.
  • Serve as a liaison for the review, submission, execution and completion of Investigator Initiated trial proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide balanced and accurate information to top regional formulary decision makers and NPC committee members.
  • Serve as a liaison in the unsoliciated educational grant request process.
  • Ensure that all activities and interactions comply with Sanofi s Business guidelines, policies and SOPs, OPPI, and IFPMA guidelines/policies.

  • Establish and maintain credible peer-to-peer scientific relationships with national, state and top regional opinion leaders.
  • Demonstrate ability to develop and foster relationships with HCPs and Healthcare organizations.
  • Maintain appropriate communication flow with internal and external teams (KOL & medical/marketing) .

  • Monthy report of training / educational programs (CMEs) supported.
Minimum Education:
  • MD/MS
  • MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS
  • PhD/MPharma/MSc( relevant subjects)
Experience & knowledge and Core competencies: Minimum 2 years industry experience . Vaccine experience preferred . But candidates with Pharma/Nutrition/ OTC experience are welcome Technical Qualifications and Knowledge
  • Interpretation of key scientific data and ability to translate this information to meet educational and research needs.
  • Ability to make effective presentations to diverse audiences
  • Good Communication skills- Verbal and non-verbal
  • Ability to organize events/meetings by collaborating with multiple stakeholders
