Job Description

Craft compelling narratives and oversee the production of engaging, original content across platforms like YouTube, podcasts, and other content-driven channels.3. Utilize performance marketing strategies to ensure creative content drives significant improvement in performance metrics.4. Forge and leverage influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach and foster growth.5. Champion brand building initiatives, significantly contributing to the growth and recognition of SAS Online in digital and traditional spaces.6. Manage and inspire a diverse team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.Preferred Qualifications1. Extensive experience in leadership roles within creative departments of marketing agencies or major brands, with a proven track record of driving creative and innovative marketing strategies.2. Demonstrated ability in leading the planning and execution of ground-breaking marketing campaigns.3. Expertise in content creation, brand storytelling, and leveraging influencer networks for brand growth.4. Solid understanding of performance marketing and its integration with creative content to boost campaign success.5. Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing multi-disciplinary marketing teams.6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships both internally and externally.Ideal Candidate Profile1.
