Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SaaS Director of Marketing to lead the marketing efforts of our rapidly growing technology company. In this hands-on Marketing Director role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, driving lead generation, analyzing marketing performance metrics, and managing a team of marketers. You will collaborate with multiple teams and lead all aspects of marketing to include; demand generation, digital marketing, content creation, branding, customer marketing, sales enablement, branding and PR. You will be responsible for lead generation funnel strategies to maximize online subscription sales across SMB and MidMarket audiences. This role requires advanced experience using data and analytics to measure the return on investment on all marketing methods and campaigns to optimize our marketing spend. Responsibilities:
    • Continue to build and set the overall marketing strategy.
    • Build, lead and mentor a team of marketers across demand generation, content marketing,customer marketing, partner marketing, branding, PR and more.
    • Collaborate with sales, product, customer success and leadership to drive new business
    • Be at the forefront of new marketing technologies and strategies to innovate, improve efficiency, and increase results.
    • Own the strategy and execution of ABM marketing campaigns
    • Analyze marketing performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Ownership of the customer funnel journey through all marketing touchpoints.
    • Manage contractors, vendors, and the overall marketing budget.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
    • 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through marketing.
    • Former B2B Software marketing experience is a must.
    • SaaS experience is preferred.
    • Full-stack marketing experience
    • Have designed, crafted, and organized integrated campaigns such as webinars, email marketing, digital across the entire customer lifecycle
    • Demonstrated experience and comfort owning a revenue and pipeline number.
    • Passionate and proactive: a driven, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SaaS marketing to ensure that the company remains competitive in the market.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
