Job Description

1. Update Policy in line with evolving business priorities2. Timely & Accurate delivery of Cross-sell campaigns, both periodic as well as Ad-hoc3. Analyze Portfolio from various perspectives, to make Policy & business recommendationsThe incumbent shall manage Cross-Sell Credit Policy end-to-end. including but not limited to :A. Policy Management :1. Maintain Policy in line with evolving business priorities2. Analyze Portfolio from various perspectives, to make Policy & business recommendations. This shall be through Periodic as well as Ad-hoc Credit review sessions within as well as across departments, including Senior Management3. Ensure All Portfolio performance benchmarks are being tracked very closely & Portfolio health is maintained4. Performance benchmarks, if breached, immediate Mitigating actions are identified & implementedB. Execution & Delivery :1. End-to-end Ownership of Cross-Sell campaigns (Periodic or Ad-hoc) creation & delivery2. Close monitoring at every step of Campaign lifecycle, ensuring that Campaign Accuracy as well as timelines are adhered to3. Target Automation to the extent possible & minimize Manual stepsC. Partnership management :1. Partner with various Departments like Growth, Operations, Data Science, Collections et al, on various priorities2. Effectively manage external relationships such as Credit Bureaus and other agencies, which add value at various points of Cross-Sell journey. Ensure that the SLAs are being met3. For External partners, be the Owner of Invoicing , Billing & Payment related steps too, if anya) Qualifications:- Minimum Qualification required: Graduate from Premier schools, with mix of Quantitative & Technical background- Qualifications preferred: PGDM/MBA (Finance/Systems) , M.A (Economics) b) Work Experience:- Overall 4-7 years of BFSI/Fintech experience, with 2-3 years with Unsecured Retail Credit or Analytics- Should be strong with Problem solving, Multi-tasking and effective Interpersonal skills - Should have basic understanding of SQL , Python & MS-Excel,
