They continue to grow in India from strength to strength and are now looking for a Marketing lead for their growing portfolio.Description :The incumbent would report into the Category Head for India and would be responsible for the following: - Brand building and Brand development across the Indian market- Brand strategy towards strategic positioning of the sub brands- Expansion strategies through way of innovations and NPDs and their launches- Build the differentiation strategy basis the consumer behaviour analysis- Conducting strategic Brand Planning exercises and studies with the agencies towards the growth of the portfolio- Design promotional campaigns across ATL and BTL for new products as well as the legacy brands- Analyse marketing trends and identify new opportunities and talentProfile :The successful candidate: - Should have 9-15 years of sales & marketing experience with a majority of experience in brand management in the beverages space- Should be an MBA from a premier business school- Should be well equipped to understand consumer behavior in order to develop the next big idea for the category- Should have an end to end understanding of the marketing mix involved towards brand building and development- Should be a go getter and a team playerJob Offer :- The opportunity to work directly with the primary stakeholders within the organisation- Work in an organization which delivers faced-paced growth for performers,
