Job Description

    Job responsibilities :
    • Print Media litigation- Specialist in Labor Litigation (include Working Journalist Act/ Wage board litigation)
    • Legal Documentation Drafting, vetting, negotiating , preparation and finalization of various Agreements pertaining to various departments of the company as contract lead Manager.
    • Experience in Print & Digital media.
    • Provide Legal updates in relation of the law applicable to the concerned person. Information on law & providing documents for applying of various Licenses.
    Skillls required :
    • Qualification LLB/LLM
    • Experience 8 to 10 years.
    • Must have a very strong litigation skills and sound knowledge of court procedures, drafting and pleading.
    • Experience of working on Litigation & Contract Management System will be added advantage.
    • Experience on agreement drafting and advertisement laws/regulations will be added will be added advantage.
    • Strong analytical skill, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Business and report writing, Presentation skills.
    • Sound knowledge of Labour laws , Working Journalist Act , Data Protection Laws , General Laws, Corporate Laws, Companies Act, SEBI, ICDR Regulations , E-commerce , IP and other related Laws.
