Job Description

  • This role is responsible to build the various sales channels (i.e. Distribution, B2B and Retail) in North India.
  • Distribution - build the Distribution network in the North with a focus on Delhi/NCR/Punjab: lead generation, bringing on board new distributors and servicing all the distributors in the region
  • B2B build this channel from end to end: generate leads, close sales, build pipeline of business. Responsible for the revenue sales target for B2B, associations, and schools business
  • Retail identify potential locations for franchisee /company stores, forcast and ensure viability of stores, oversee new store openings from end to end, accountable for performance of stores
  • Follow the tenets of the various business channels laid down by the company. Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business
  • Work closely on monitoring and improving sales of your category while delighting our Distributors & Customers. Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping, and in receiving and shipping operations. Review operational records and reports to project sales
  • Coordinate sales distribution efforts by overseeing sales territories, quotas and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives
  • Liaising with our logistics provider in terms of interactive monitoring, scheduling and troubleshooting of daily shipments Facilitate root-cause investigation and follow-through on corrective actions
  • Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
  • Assist in the design and executing sales & marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee and assist the LFS expansion.
