1. Design /development of 2W suspension, Brake and wheels system & its sub-components - Responsible for Concept design to production implementation for all projects2. Conduct design calculations to arrive at the agreed specifications of domain assembly & components to meet performance & durability targets.3. Responsibilities include achieving the overall system performance, cost and quality4. Coordinate with validation team and signing-off all the key ride & comfort performance parameters and attribute requirements5. Work for refining functional characteristics of the suspension, Wheels & Brakes components, system, features and the vehicle6. Tolerance stack up analysis for assemblies & fitment on chassis.7. Releasing of the designs & ensure design intent arriving from design input identifying fit, function, safety & special characteristics.8. Maintain drawing revisions with design change history.9. Approve supplier drawings ensuring GD&T, system standards & performance targets.10. Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agents like suppliers etc. to ensure smooth workflow.11. Conduct system & component level DFMEA & review in real time.12. Packaging, layout optimization & detailed design experience required.13. Should have hands on experience in tuning of suspension & ABS, Knowledge of Steering geometry optimization, Steering efforts calculation, Packaging & lay out creation.14.
