    P&L Lead - Australia - IIM/IIT/ISBLocation : India (Mumbai/Gurgaon)Job Title : Associate Director/Director P&LJob Purpose :- Whitehat Jr is looking for a passionate P&L to work on different initiatives.- This role involves working closely with all the internal and external stakeholder management.- The role will traverse multiple functions as the need arises, giving you exposure to various aspects of the businessRoles & Responsibilities :- Complete P&L ownership ; responsible for managing entire customer funnel- Daily spend and revenue management- Driving growth initiatives by working closely with tech/product/operations- Driving innovation in the customer funnel to bring in more cost efficienciesSkill sets & requirements :- 4 to 6 years experience in managing critical, fast paced projects- Ability to adapt to new business strategy or changes in existing strategy. Much like a consulting approach.- Aggressive; Take no prisoners approach. The founder is extremely driven and aggressive, and the curriculum director should have the same all-consuming drive.- Systems Thinking; Create a strong and out of the box curriculum to build a rocket-ship.- Multi-Dimensional, Growth Hacker Skill Set with a strong sense of ownership for work.Qualifications & Experience :- 4 to 6 years experience in managing critical, fast paced projects- Must be from a Tier 1 Institute.- Top Consulting/Start-up Background preferred.,
