Job Description

To maximize revenues through its E-Commerce channels such as Amazon, Flipkart, Pepperfry Seller Central Portals, and ensure that it s online technical and consumer programs incorporate the latest industry developments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Derive business with leading E-Commerce portals in India such as Amazon, Flip kart, Pepperfry, and Many More 2. Taking care of all marketing and operational initiatives related to the E-Commerce business. 3. Tracking all performance metrics and working towards achieving targets for each segment. 4. Ensuring all parameters pricing, merchandising, marketing, listing, photographs, descriptions are regularly updated and managed properly. 5. Ensuring fulfillment of all orders. 6. Taking care of all complaints and concerns. 7. Liaoning with other Departments Functions for smooth implementation of plans. 8. Profit loss from E-Commerce business. 9. Generating sales and maintaining reports. 10. Returns Cancellations metrics. 11. Customer experience and feedback. 12. Seller Rating.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

1. E-Commerce category management. 2. Target-oriented sales ownership. 3. Experience in the furniture category. 4. Exposure to marketplace operations. 5. To develop and implement the E-Commerce strategy to maximize revenue and to ensure the highest standard of customer service. 6. Managing annual E-Commerce financial targets. 7. Oversee the fulfillment of goods and services ordered via the e-commerce channel and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and business efficiency.

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS: 1. Strong business skills evidenced by a business qualification or track record of managing similar businesses. 2. Technical understanding of information and web-based systems evidenced through qualifications or previous management experience. 3. Strong analytical skills. 4. Sound and up-to-date working knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice affecting the E-Commerce
