Job Description

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth and revenue.Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals and on-boarding new clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.Research and analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and potential challenges.Develop and implement strategies to overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities.Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business development activities and progress towards goals.Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to represent the company and build relationships with potential clients and partners.Develop and manage budgets for business development activities and programs.Requirements:Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field.Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, with a successful track record of driving sales and revenue growth.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with clients and partners.Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges and develop effective solutions.Knowledge of the industry and market trends, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments and technologies.Ability to travel and attend industry events and meetings as needed.Qualification:
