Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesProficiency in handling end to end recruitments from requirement gathering to on-boarding the talent for technology, product and design verticals.Involved in every step of recruitment Sourcing, Screening, Negotiating, and placing of the consultant.Taking care from initial screening to placement.Good in analyzing the requirement, make sure what exactly needs and depending on their domain/need delivering them accordingly.Source candidates from internal databases, job portals, search engines, networking sites, references etc.Involves in the whole recruitment life cycle. Strong work ethics, goal-oriented, responsible, prompt, and professional demeanour.Telephone Screening, interviewing, sourcing, direct recruiting, and networking (gaining Market Intelligence within vertical).Understanding the client requirements, coordinating for shortlisting, and screening including a preliminary interview of the candidates.
