You will be responsible to support technical issue which cannot be resolved by Tier 1 or the functional support team. You will also work on multiple projects with our highly technical staff and outsource teams towards a common goal throughout the development lifecycle. YOURE GOOD AT Creating and maintaining technical design and architecture documentation Demonstrating initiative, self- motivation, creative problem solving and effective interpersonal/communication skills to support a collaborative team Evaluating and comparing potential software solutions, including off- the- shelf and open source components, and the system architecture Translating complex architectural issues to non- technical staff within the business. Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders through effective communication resulting in stakeholder buy- in YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) Bachelors degree or equivalent in business, technology or related field At least 2 to 4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or other cloud based technologies in the MarTech space Significant knowledge of Importing, customizing and layering of Dynamics 365 solutions Significant knowledge of the O365 platform as it pertains to feature sets that integrate with Dynamics Significant knowledge of relational databases and SQL Server Fluent in English (both written and verbal) Experience in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, and HTML, including plugins, scripting and form creation a plus YOULL WORK WITH At BCG we are working on digitally transforming how we work.
