Job Description

Managing inventory of all company inhouse assets that gets purchased for usage in internal and inhouse & for PAN INDIA branches. Processing & raising purchase orders, logging the same in Inventory Software.
Doing inventory of the received assets in inventory software and generating Asset barcodes / lables .Preparing issue challans through inventory software for assets which are being issued to users.
Inspecting shipments of new stock as they come in, checking to make sure orders have been filled correctly and looking for damage.
Reviewing all prices of assets to ensure that the amount charged for each item matches the PO raised. Doing price comparison & research for prices with various suppliers to make sure that stock is being purchased at the best possible price from vendors.
Doing Physical inventory check of all assets & Scrapping of damaged assets yearly basis.
