Job Description

    Hey,Greetings From MNR Solutions!Position-Internal AuditorExp-min 2yrs in AuditLocation-Karolbaghimmediateor 15days CAN JOINQualification-MBA /CA Inter/Qualified CAJDHe would be responsible for conducting audits across branches and required to do extensive travelling of 15-20 days.He is required to conduct physical & remote audits also.Need to analyse large data and need to prepare meaningful reports out of it.Should be able to draft compliance related letters.He would be involved in the franchisee takeover process.1) Undertaking Detailed Branch Reviews with a view to ensuring compliance over established corporate & management guidelines covering entire Student Life Cycle, viz. Enquiries, Students Admissions, Fee Receipts, Discounting, Fee Reconciliation, Banking, Separation, Student Facilities, Attendance, Documentation, Timely Course Completion, etc.2) Drafting Audit Findings and Obtaining Sign Off from respective Process Owners and sharing the Provisional Report to Audit Head for reviews3) Compiling the Audit Reports for Owned Branches, Franchise Centre, Corporate Review, Special Assignments, etc. on quarterly basis in PPT for necessary management review and discussions At Regional and Corporate Level4) Participating, Guiding and Coordination during assignments undertaken by 03rd Party Outsourced Firms5) Assisting the Audit Head during Follow Ups Reviews As and when required6) Performing Yearly verification of fixed Assets As per Schedule and Assisting the Finance and Operations Team for Inventory Verifications and Reconciliations As and when Required7) Assisting the Audit Head during Audit Training and Other sessions at Branch / regional levelsQualification & Experience Required:He should have done MBA in any stream and preferably should have certification in auditing .Or Graduate with mandatory certification in auditing with more than 2 years of experience.Experience:Should have a minimum of 2 years or more experience in education, retail, airlines or hotel industry.Should have worked as Auditor in his previous roles.Skills & Computer Skill:Should have good communications skills and should be able to present the data.Should have decent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.Should have analytical skills.If this excites you, we might have the perfect opportunity for you in the worlds most valued ed-tech company!.hidden_mobile
