    Hiring for Canadian based MNC . It is work from Home profile .Fixed shift timings ( USA shift ). Saturday - Sunday fixed off.Work from Home profile .Position : Inside Sales SR. Executive and Team leader salesOpenings : 3Job DescriptionLeading the Sales strategies and operations for the Canada based client.Looking for ways to bring in clients from across North America for Web Development and Digital Marketing.Build strategies to bring in clients for whom we can be their IT partners.Work closely with the operations team to understand their skill set and locate sales opportunities accordingly.Work independently out of India, eventually leading a team based out of India for Sales & Business Development.Will need to do outbound calls to the potential customers on daily basis, at least for first quarter in the role.Skillset Required:Extremely good communication skills.2 to 8 Years of Experience in working with North America / UK or Australian clients /BPOExperience in Outbound SalesMotivated and can work individuallyExperience in Business Development Strategy building and implementation, for Digital Marketing & Web Development DomainExperience in B2B salesExperience in Navigator, Zoom Info or similar tools for customer reachCompensationSalary - Best in industry .Best in Industry along with bonus based structure .
