This role is to lead and manage Indias Top Global Systems/Services Integrators (GSI). This is a great opportunity to define account strategy for transformational growth, establishing scale and growth programs to deliver the KPIs. Individuals in this role ultimately are measured on driving cross Intel product/technology enablement that leads to scalable revenue impact with partners. Responsibilities include establishing and nurturing executive relationships with the key GSI partners and drive direct or indirect partner revenue growth. The individual will work with the partners on joint sales and marketing programs which includes creative and proactive business development efforts for Influencing and advocating Intel based products and solutions for all of Intels BU through a vertically oriented, solutions led approach. The charter of this individual is to deliver a world-class customer support experience, all while possessing a Customer Obsessed attitude toward the partners. This role will have to network with and orchestrate Intels resources, in collaboration with Business Unit (BU), BU Sales, HQ program, country or territory stakeholders to scale the GTM models for Intel to influence, drive relevance, preference and pull for the Intel portfolio within the scale partners. Responsibilities include getting results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, collaborate with employees, and ensure high performance. This is a commissioned sales position.QualificationsA graduate in Engineering/Business or related fields or equivalent degree. 12+ years of experience in the areas including but not limited to account management, Business development, multi-country/regional sales strategy and execution, GTM and/or programs and/or marketing. Proven track record in Sales, Strategic account management, Partner and/or End-Customer sales experience, Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial skill, thinking out of the box, excellent integration skills across teams and the capability to inspire internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge and understanding of the datacentric technologies (Big Data /Analytics/AI/IoT/Cloud/Networking-Communications etc.). Comfort with risk-taking and disruptive approaches to drive Business Units success Strong business and Analytic acumen and the ability to turn research into strategy is a must-have.
