Job Description

Location : Delhi.This is for core position.

Image Management ,Software Deployment ,Patch Management & end point Security
Develop and document in the OperationsManual Core&non-coreSoftware Build and
Deployment procedures that meet requirements and adhere to Bharti Airtel defined policies for
Windows PC Devices (Desktops and laptops) usingBigFix Tool through PXE Boot.
Deploy and manage standard images for Windows PC Devices
Modify existing image in accordance with change in specifications
Maintaining, updating, and patching, testing core software images for Windows PC Devices
Provide technical assistance for defining Core & non-Software Image(s) specifications for in-scope
PC Devices Hardware.
Deploy approved Core & non-Software Image(s) on PC Devices.
Defining software distribution policy and packages as new updates published
Software distribution for new release and patches across PC Devices.
Creation of software packages and updates for centralized location
Perform Anti-Virus and Security patching activities for PC Devices in accordance with Bharti
Airtel s security policy
Reports related to software deployed, patch levels on PC Devices
Interfacing with other functional teams and OEM/OSV security vendors to ensure assurance in day
to day operations
Protection of confidential data handled by Endpoint devices by leveraging existing set of tools
available in Bharti Airtel Environment
Hard disk encryption at endpoints for all selected users by leveraging existing tools
Information Rights Management for users by leveraging existing solutions
User to User mail encryption for users by leveraging existing solutions
Implement in-scope security software as required on Airtel Endpoints
Implement Airtel Security policies by ensuring updated firmware/software across Airtel Endpoints
Performing basic validation checks
Performing documented troubleshooting steps and local analysis checks for the in-scope security
technologies
Providing periodic reports on end user security support activities
