Job Description

Summary: KKBC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global HR Recruiter and Administration professional to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the recruitment process on a global scale and providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in talent acquisition and HR operations.Key Responsibilities: Global Recruitment: • Develop and implement global recruitment strategies to attract top talent.• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.• Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms.• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices.HR Administration: • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and managing HR databases.• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.• Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters.• Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs.Compliance and Reporting: • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all locations where KKBC operates.• Prepare and submit HR reports and metrics to senior management.• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data protection and privacy in all HR activities.Employee Engagement: • Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.• Assist in organizing company events, employee recognition programs, and other HR initiatives.Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• Minimum of 8 years of experience in global recruitment and HR administration.• Proven track record of successful talent acquisition in a multinational environment.• Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.Preferred Skills: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.• Knowledge of diversity and inclusion practices.Job Type: Full-timePay: From 37,500.00 per monthBenefits:• Provident Fund• Work from homeSchedule:• Day shift• Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):• Are you willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations• We must fill this position urgently.
