Job Description

    Particulars -
    • Educational Qualification -AnyGraduate or Post-Graduate with 1 year of BPO recruitment experience
    • Age Minimum Age 18 years
    • Language -English
    Skills and Ability :-
    • Minimum 1 year of BPO recruitment work experience is mandatory
    • Logical Reasoning, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Probing, Comprehension.
    • Should be able to display a high level of integrity and Compliance.
    • Communication Should possess Excellent Communication Skills both Verbal and Written
    • Should know basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office, Outlook.
    • 100% Work from office Noida & 6 days working model and 1 week off, as per business requirements.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
    • Posting jobs on various job sites and social networking sites.
    • Using candidate databases to find the right person for the vacancy.
    • Extensive Head Hunting and Sourcing - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
    • Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
    • Closing documentation of selected candidates
    • Preparing MIS data of all candidates
    • Following up with selected candidates till joining
