Job Description

    Dear Candidates,Hiring for Procurement specialist for International Pre School At DelhiMinimum years of experience 8-10 yearsBase Location Delhi NCRReporting Head -Projects and ProcurementSalary- 7-9 lacsRequirements:1. Bachelors /Masters / Any field.2. 6-8 years of progressive experience in Procurement with a focus on managing end to operations independently and delivering for shaping retail units /school or other franchise operations. Preschool experience is a plus.3. Solid understanding of vendor management, COCO, and FOFO operations.4. Proven experience in vendor management and procurement operations5. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand business goals and align project strategy.6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Leading Procurement: Plan, execute and monitor start to finish procurement of goods for setting up school units including franchise.2. Policies: Develop procurement policies and procedures to ensure that all purchases are made in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Additionally develop and implement procurement performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the procurement function.3. Vendor Management: Create and manage a vast national vendor pool for below functions and successfully empanel vendors into different capacities. Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts and terms of purchase to ensure that the best possible prices are obtained.Pedagogy (Unit Kit and Child Kit)MerchandisingMarketing4. SOP Adherence: Adhere to all SOPs and guidelines and manage work within the framework of existing SOPs and standard procurement lists. Monitor inventory levels and ensure that materials and supplies are ordered in a timely manner to avoid stockouts.5. Financials: Ensure complete records are maintained for all orders and financial highlighting per unit procurement cost.6.
