Roles and Responsibilities1. Responsible for marketing activities, turnover, sales & profitability, market share, identification of new product requirement, forecasting, business development and execution of orders, controlling inventory and debtors for Solar division in North.2. Align to company focus areas by developing effective distribution network. To understand white space management and work on it.3. Arrange time to time dealer/customer seminars to motivate the dealer and distribution network and sharing the respective schemes for different product portfolios.4. Track different tender and government projects in entire North and interact with state nodal agencies for solar projects.5. Be the owner of the solar business in North India and ensure sales target achievement6. Ensure segment profitability by maintaining good realisation and controlling outstanding and old stocksDesired Candidate Profile1. Should have proper knowledge of system integrators pertaining to the product portfolios. To have an efficient network of System Integrators for continuous business and to increase the market share.2.
