Job Description

    Develop and maintain a rich reserve of market intelligence and competitor knowledge for formulation of marketing strategies. Leverage agency reports, sales force feedback, KoL insights, industry meets and own research.Ensure effective on-ground and as-per-plan implementation of brand plans by the sales force. Provide training where neededReview and finalize incentive plan and motivational drives for sales forceReview execution updates from team at monthly review. Evaluate variation from budget/ plan and discuss recourses.Identify deviations from plan/budget and follow up with salesman/team to realignAllocate tasks and ensure effective management of cycle meetingsDevelop meaningful customer connect in keeping with strategy and portfolio. Leverage the same in order to deliver value and advantage to the organisationEngage critical KoLs who can influence business growth
