Job Description

    - Strategically leveraging market opportunities through the strengthening of brands, ensuring P&L of each of the brands and categories to attain sustainable business growth- Continuous tracking of competition / market / industry, consumer behavior, global market trends to drive appropriate market positioning and enhance Market Share.- Conceptualization and execution of business strategies/plans to leverage market potential through appropriate market positioning in existing markets and developing new markets.- P&L responsibility across Brands, Categories and Product lines in a sustainable manner.- Consistently aligning emerging distribution channels for product positioning.- Continuously building up on the brand recall.- Collaboration with R&D and Operations teams for timely development of new products, production and their availability respectively.- Adherence to Business Processes and Compliances of statutory provisions- Promptly responds to the dynamic nature of the market thru relevant course correction measures to help achievement of targets- Develops specific, contemporary and impactful media strategies for the Business- Aligns Media, Trade, Promos (sales and consumer) with the accountability of the delivering the organizations P&L.- 12 - 15 Years of Experience in a leading FMCG company with an excellent track of achievement.- Should have been leading a Marketing Function at least in a Medium size Orgn, profitably managing reputed Brands and running effective marketing campaigns,
