This role will provide you with unique opportunity to stretch your capabilities by learning from, sparring with and building lasting relationships with diverse and professional colleagues all over the world.This role will report into the Global Mobility Operations head, based at Copenhagen, Denmark.Show More Key responsibilitiesDefine and deliver on the project implementation plan for each country, including mitigation of risks, in accordance with the overall roadmap Drive the transition to global vendors for immigration, tax and immigration for each country and ensure transparent communication on phase implementation Manage stakeholder relations in the country and work in close collaboration with local HR colleagues and global vendors Ensure smooth handover of existing foreign hires to global vendors for future compliance Work closely, openly and proactively with the global mobility colleagues for each country to ensure knowledge handover, allow for preparation and readiness to go-live Monitor project delivery and ensure up-to-date, accurate reporting on the implementation status Expand the global invoicing process with the transition to global vendors and global mobility operation working with procurement, headquarter finance and the global vendors Prepare global communication to all relevant stakeholders on the changed invoicing process to mitigate uncertainty and facilitate fast paymentsShow More We are looking forSound understanding of Global Mobility from aspects of Immigration, taxation and relocation Good experience leading and transforming Global Mobility teams Experience working in project roles Experience as Project Manager driving medium-sized projects, with high focus on execution Experience working with remote teams and large stakeholder matrix Be a self-driven team player, resilient and emotionally mature Have excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written Ability to operate in fast-paced environment Flexibility to work across time-zones to coordinate with countries in all continents The role may involve travel of up to 25%Show More,
