Job Description

    As a freelance recruitment consultant specializing in recruiting life insurance advisors, your primary responsibility is to source, assess, and onboard qualified professionals who can effectively sell life insurance products. You will work independently, connecting with potential candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Your goal is to build a network of talented life insurance advisors to meet the needs of your clients.Responsibilities:
    • Source, screen, and select candidates for life insurance advisor positions.
    • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates suitability.
    • Coordinate interviews and provide timely communication.
    • Present shortlisted candidates and offer recommendations.
    • Negotiate and finalize job offers with hiring managers.
    • Maintain relationships with insurance companies and industry professionals.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate documentation.
    Requirements:
    • Prior recruitment experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
    • Knowledge of life insurance products and sales processes.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
