Job Description

    Company DescriptionAds medical systems is hiring a young focused engineer who can travel.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Services Engineer at Ads Diagnostic Limited, based in New Delhi with flexibility for some remote work. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of diagnostic imaging devices in assigned locations. The Engineer will provide technical support to customers over the phone or in person, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues. The Engineer will also maintain detailed records of all service activities and will be required to complete regular training to keep up with new technologies and processes related to medical imaging.Qualifications A Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields. Experience in field services for medical diagnostic imaging. devices, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance Effective communication and customer service skills with a strong ability to engage effectively with customers to understand and resolve their technical issues and concerns. Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for diagnostic imaging devices. Capability to work independently with minimum supervision, and prioritize tasks to meet project timelines and objectives. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with applicable safety standards and regulations is desirable. Willingness to travel extensively and be on-call to provide field services as necessary,
