Since the beginning of the company in 1984, we have been concentrating on attaining this objective.About the role:A Technician of electric kitchen Appliances is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electric kitchen appliances, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. This role involves diagnosing issues, replacing or repairing faulty parts, and providing customer service to clients.Key Responsibilities:Installation: Install a variety of electric kitchen appliances such as ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, and cook-tops. Ensure proper electrical connections and test appliances to ensure they are functioning correctly.Maintenance: Perform regular. maintenance checks on kitchen appliances to ensure they are in good working condition. Clean and adjust parts to maintain appliances in optimal operating condition.Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electric kitchen appliances. Replace or repair defective parts such as motors, switches, heating elements, and controls. Test appliances after repair to ensure they are operating correctly and safely.Customer Service: Communicate with customers to understand appliance issues and provide solutions. Offer advice on the care and maintenance of kitchen appliances. Provide estimates for repair costs and time frames.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, including parts used and labor time. Complete service reports and update maintenance logs.Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Ensure all repairs and installations comply with industry standards and regulations.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; electrical work preferred. Proven experience as an electric kitchen appliances technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy appliances.Work Environment: Work is performed in residential or commercial kitchens. May involve standing for long periods, bending, and lifting heavy appliances.
