Responsibilities & Key Deliverables1. Strengthen service network in Middle East / Africa / South Asia 2. Establish service systems and processes at distributors 3. Product Concern resolution, Technical support to distributors & Overseas customers 4. Addressing field issues through physical involvement at site 5. Troubleshooting, Analyse field failures and take up with Distributor, customer, Plant Quality team, Manufacturing for quick resolution 6. Resolving product concerns remotely on phone / available social media 7. Administer warranty policy, analyze data and take up with plant Quality, product support team manufacturing for quick resolution. 8. Ensure availability of Technical literature for all the products. Provide periodic update of literatures 9. Develop and administered customised training courses to meet customer requirements 10. Effective utilisation of ePortal by distributors 11. Ensure regular circulation of Technical Service Bulletins to distributors 12. Understanding of competition and benchmarking in service processes 13. Spare Parts management at distributorships 14. Organizing service camps throughout the ME / Africa / South Asia 15. Develop strong understanding of customer and market requirement 16. Build strong relationship with Customer, service team and distributors 17. In-depth understanding of Warranty Policy, Administration & Warranty management. Monitor, control and reduce warranty costExperience4- 6 Years ( BE/BTech) or 7-9 Years (Diploma)Industry PreferredGenset/ EnginesQualificationsB.E (Auto/Mech)/ Diploma in Automobile EnggGeneral RequirementsThe business opportunities will call for international travel on short notice. Candidate should demonstrate ability to learn quickly and implement in no time, adaptability to country specific conditions/culture, fire in the belly to set and achieve stretched targets. Strong background of Diesel engines and Diesel Generators having sound troubleshooting & problem solving abilities & excellent communication skills are must.
