Job Description

    Job Purpose: - The Plan to Plan Planner manages strategic customers and large customers end-to-end. This means that the P2P planner interacts with the Field and is responsible for the customer service towards his/ her customers. The end-to-end process includes demand fulfillment, interacting on customer forecast, responsible for customer logistical forecast, order entry, planning, and allocation, direct shipments, register complaints- - Next to that he/ she supports the regional SCM manager in regional collaboration.- For non-strategic customers, he/she will arrange direct shipments working together with the customer service department. Key Result Areas : Customer Forecast Management a) Demand Planning : Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregationb) Creating rolling demand plan of all the SKUs across all the sites in India for both volume and value and working closely with the customer service team to drive fulfilment.c) Monitor Actual order intake vs Demand Plan for corrective actions.d) Provide input to the Supply Chain Planning processes in developing operation plans and inventory strategies.e) Align with sales on large customer forecast for M+1 to M+3 (monthly)f) Analyze and review deployment dashboard to understand the large demand allocation. S&OP: a) Participate and contribute to the Regional S&OP processb) Interact with sales stakeholders to understand demand forecast driversc) Inventory management and analysis at Central and regional warehouses Order Management: a) Create, Track and Update transfer orders.b) Customer service levels, OTIF (On-time, In-full), Sales Loss & Order Managementc) Truck planning: communicate with Vendor.d) Align with Operations and sales Performance Review a) Monitor, analyze and timely report the demand/availability KPIs for his/her span of controlb) Review monthly KPIs/reports/results with Planning manager and SCM managerc) Execute improvement actions as a result of monthly review Ideal Profile: - 4-5 years of experience in the supply chain, forecasting & planning or data analysis- Knowledge of forecasting, allocation & deployment- Knowledge of customer collaboration- Knowledge of supply chain concepts, order & planning concepts- Experience in Product life cycle management Specific Behavior & Attitude: - Strong collaborative skills with sales & operations- Good communicator and ability to write in a concise way.- Detail oriented and accurate- Prompt reactivity to unexpected events,
