Job Description

We have an urgent requirement for Customer Support- Voice.Job Title: Customer Support- VoiceExperience: 1- 3 yrs.Notice Period: Immediate joiner, preferably who can join in Jul-2023Job Locations: DelhiJob Descriptions: JOB DESCRIPTION Customer L2 Support- Voice - Support Mandatory Skills:
    1. Able to troubleshoot the issues and manages the tickets which routed to them by L1.
    2. Create tickets against any issue notices by them and should be able to escalate to the L3 team members in case they are not able to resolve the issue in time.
    3. Should be able to help/guide L1 team members in troubleshooting and resolving the tickets. Overall experience should be 4-5 years in IT Operations
    Good to Have Skills
    • Should have good communications skills. Able to support L1 team members.
    • Work with customers to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
    • Reproduce issues, replicating customer environments as needed.
    • Document issues and contribute to our internal team documentation.
    • Collaborate with Engineering as needed to provide solutions.
    • Provide Root Cause Analysis
