Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and consistent delivery of high-quality customer support. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, using our CRM system. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. Stay up-to-date on product/service offerings, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.Qualification Bachelors degree in commerce OR related commerce background is mandatory. 0 to 3 years of experience required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
