Job Description

    Job Title: Customer Care ExecutiveJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing excellent service over phone and email. The ideal candidate will have proficient English communication skills and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer queries and concerns over phone and email in a professional and courteous manner- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts, trades, and demat related queries- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and transparent manner- Escalate complex issues to the supervisor or relevant teams as needed- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed support to customers- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experienceRequirements:- 1-2 years of experience in customer service.- Proficient English communication skills (verbal and written)- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent listening and communication skills- Knowledge of the broking and demat sector, including products and services will be a plus point.- Familiarity with CRM software and technology- Graduation in any discipline except B.APreferred Qualifications:- Experience in a call center or customer service environment- Knowledge of financial markets and instruments.
